Steps
How to use Rotate & Reorder PDF
- Choose a PDF.
- Enter the output page order or leave it empty for all pages.
- Choose a rotation and download.
Worked example
Move a cover and fix sideways scans
Enter 4,1-3 and choose 90° clockwise.
Result: Page 4 becomes first, followed by pages 1–3, and every output page is rotated.
