How it works
PDF, image and spreadsheet utilities run in the browser when they can. DOCX and XLSX rendering use temporary server processing because those formats need a full Office engine.
Operating rules
- Say clearly where each conversion runs.
- Do not keep a conversion history or permanent file links.
- Reject unsupported and unsafe files before conversion.
- Do not place misleading advertisements around download controls.
- Explain format limitations instead of promising perfect results.

There is no individual customer-support channel. Never upload a sensitive file to ask for help.
